To support our growth and maintain our innovative edge, we?re looking for a Senior Data Scientist passionate about using AI and machine learning to enhance the retail experience. Role Overview: This PMO will be responsible for two foundational projects: Omnichannel and a New Digital Commerce Platform with a focus on internationalization. PMO will play a critical role in driving the success of both projects by providing leadership, coordination, and support to ensure alignment with business objectives and delivery of value to customers. Key Responsibilities: The responsibilities of this PMO for these two foundational projects include: 1. Omnichannelity Project: - Define the scope and objectives of the omnichannel project, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. - Develop strategies and plans to integrate various channels (e.g., online, offline, mobile) for a seamless customer experience. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement omnichannel initiatives, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes. - Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to address issues and drive continuous improvement in omnichannel capabilities. 2. New Digital Commerce Platform for Internationalization: - Lead the planning and execution of the new digital commerce platform project, focusing on expanding the brand?s presence in international markets. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, select suitable technology solutions, and design scalable and customizable platform architecture. - Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations for software development, integration, and deployment. - Ensure compliance with international regulations and standards related to e-commerce and data privacy. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to international sales, customer acquisition, and market penetration, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets. Qualifications: 1. Project Management Experience: Solid experience in project management, especially in digital transformation projects. This includes the ability to lead cross-functional teams, define and meet deadlines, manage budgets and resources, and ensure successful project delivery within defined scope and requirements. 2. Technology and Digital Transformation Knowledge: Deep understanding of emerging digital trends and technologies, as well as principles of digital transformation. This may include knowledge in areas such as artificial intelligence, data analytics, process automation, cloud computing, among others, and how these technologies can be applied to drive organizational transformation. 3. Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders, from executive leaders to project team members. This includes the ability to present complex information in an accessible manner and influence decisions. Additionally, strong skills in conflict management and negotiation are important to handle different interests and perspectives. 4. Project Management Certifications: Recognized certifications in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2, can be advantageous and demonstrate a high level of skill and professionalism in project management. 5. Strategic Thinking and Business Acumen: Ability to understand the strategic needs and objectives of the organization and align digital transformation projects with these objectives. T.
