It will be required a strong negotiation skill to ensure proper alignment across business needs and country requirements. - Lead HR system implementations in Brazil (including payroll) and support implementation in LATAM. - Support End State model bringing additional transactional scope from HRBP?s and CoE?s to HR SSC. - Ensure compliance to country legal requirements and changes to it.

Activities: - To monitor, perform critical analysis and report KPIs of Balance ScoreCard (LatAm). - To develop greenhouse gas emissions inventory using Carbon Calculator, including data collection and assessment. - To promote activities and projects to increase the sustainability mind-set in the company in accordance with our Planet Possible strategy. - To provide assistance in estimations using the life cycle assessment tool for R&D Labs on new developments. - To report sustainability KPIs on time (Carbon, EPS, sustainability improvement tool, sustainability awards, and others). - To promote and monitor energy efficiency projects in LatAm sites. - To support the communication globally of environmental good practices as well as other sustainability activities/ projects that could enhance our strategy.

Atividades: - Consolidar e preparar informações para o processamento de folha de pagamento e garantir que todas as deduções sejam efetuadas nos prazos, para todas as BUs. - Preparar e verificar o pagamento de Encargos Sociais, CAGED, através do sistema de folha de pagamento, e as informações da previsão de gastos mensais. - Conferir os relatórios anuais (DIRF / RAIS), através do sistema de folha de pagamento. - Gerar relatórios mensais de custos da folha de pagamento por BUs. - Manter contato com órgãos regulamentares de impostos a fim de trocar informações e solucionar dúvidas.
